How do I stop my phone from constantly beeping other than for phone calls and messages

My phone constantly beeps saying couldn't sign in and then it gives my email address

OP title and post seem like 2 different things going on .

Yeah, I'm guessing that one of their email accounts is having some kind of login issue -- probably have to go to that account and re-enter the password. If it's a Yahoo or AOL account, probably need to use an app password rather than the user-created password.
