Why did my LGv30 at&t phone stop receiving calls from me a few days ago.

We have a family plan and the LGV30 of my husbands stopped receiving calls from my phone. It was workimg but allnof a sudden stopped. He still gets most other calls. We think. I have been unsuccessful 3 times now trying to get help from straight talk.

It just your phone ? Does he use DND ?
