I have a att, lg mobile phone. Its app is stuck on computing. Can some one please help?

I keep getting memory full message. It wont let me see any messages to delete them. When I go to settings my app, it wont let me delete any data, or anything it's all stuck on computing

Is your storage full on the device? Delete some of it.
