Android Central Question

It is currently stuck on that blue screen and is on bootloop. It can not turn off. It turns on and off on that blue screen and only turns off completely when I take out ththe charger or USB cord.

I've downloaded Odin3 and the firmware file, loaded them all but when I want to start, Odin picks up on the phone for that 1 millisecond that the screen comes on and then loses the phone when the phone goes off in the next second.

Welcome to Android Central.

Are you talking about a rooted device or just one you're trying to upgrade? If this is the result of rooting you may want to join and ask for help at XDA Developers forums. They are truly the authority all things root, ROM and MOD.

Please tell us what you were doing when this occurred?

What were you trying to accomplish?

When you say that it turns off when you unplug the device, do you mean that you can only turn on the device when it is plugged in? When a device is off and plugged in it will usually display a percentage of charge, what percentage is your device at when you do this or will it not display?

Also include anything you feel is relevant that might give us more insight into this issue.
