In a rush, I recently changed the password on my Samsung A10 phone to a letter password, that used to be a pin. But now when I try and log into my phone it only still tells me to enter a pin and only shows numbers. Now I don’t know how to get back into my phone.

Welcome to Android Central! If it's asking for a PIN, then you most likely didn't actually change the screen lock to alphanumeric password. You already tried entering the old PIN?
