My lg k51 wont change ringtone

When last updated it set my ringtone to some random ringtone and when I change it and apply it, receive a call it doesn't change. No matter if is a factory on zedge ringtone. Help because I am hard of hearing and the random one is to soft to hear. Also same problem with alarm tone. But notifications tone will change.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you trying to use one of the preinstalled ringtones, or a custom tone? If it's a custom tone, do you have it saved to Internal Storage or an SD card?
