Total wireless /Cannot receive picture messages

[Android Central Question]

I have had total wireless for a few years now with no problem sending or receiving picture messages.About three weeks ago,I can no loner receive any picture messages.Everything else works fine.Internet,phone regular texts etc.Total wireless cannot figure it out,multiple APN changes,calls to Verizon to rest network,turning phone off ,resetting network..I have done it all.I have two phones on this plan,both phones are S Galaxy S9+.Both phone have the same issue which tells me its not the app or anything else.Both happened at the same time..I am ready to leave Total wireless,does anyone know what the problem is???

Welcome to Android Central! No problems with mobile data, like when you're browsing the web and not on wi-fi?

When you make a call, do you see the LTE indicator drop to 3G?
