[Android Central Question]

Good afternoon,
I have a Poco NFC android phone and Jabra elite blue tooth headphones. They've worked well since December but suddenly there is a weird symbol at the top of my screen and the sound is too quiet. Even at top volume.
The symbol is between my Bluetooth and alarm symbol and it is a white oval, with a border and a thin line which connects to the bottom centre of the oval border and bends up to the right of the oval.
I have tried everything, reconnecting, restarting, becoming a developer even so I can turn off absolute volume via developer options and nothing works!! I reset my Bluetooth hardware too and that doesn't work.

Please can someone help me?
