Hi! This is my first time writing a post on here, well I have the android lg g2 & ive had it since December so its not too old. I'll be using my phone, while charging it (its usually on 5%) and the battery keeps going down! It will drop from 4, to 3, to 2, to 1 & then dies on me and hits 0. I usually have to wait 45 minutes for my phone to jump from 0 to 15 percent, and last night i left my phone off while it was charging & wake up to it on 15%, any tips i can use? Or get a new charger??Please help!!

Welcome to Android Central! Battery can still go down if you're using the phone while charging it--especially phones with big bright displays like the G2. Also, are you using it while plugged into a USB port for charging, or a wall outlet? USB ports charge much more weakly than a wall outlet.

In addition to what B. Diddy said (and he's right :)), there are a lot of factors that affect battery drain...

Eliminate any of the following if you can: constant signal search in low coverage areas, location searches, navigation and intensive mapping, push notification on busy email boxes or social media sites.

Overnight charge to only 15% is bothersome. Inspect your charger and the port on your phone. Get a magnifier and look into each. Any dust/dirt debris? Any bent pins?
