Google now not working

Hello. Ever since I got my new HTC one m8 back in April, I noticed I do not receive any travel cards for home and work. I recently received a new phone from work as well. I'm using a different Gmail account on that phone and I receive the travel info daily. Here's a picture to show I have it set correctly. Any thoughts?

Have you tried clearing the cache for Google Search in Settings>apps>Search?
