AC Question

Hi all and thank you in advance for your help

I have recently noticed a strange icon which only appears on one of the over 900 photos I have on my Galaxy S3 but it only appears on the thumbnail image and not on the image itself when you open it.

I can only describe it as 3 solid white boxes, the middle box being square, the two either side are rectangular with their top edges slightly raised at an angle, it's in some sort of way the same shape you get when setting an image as a wallpaper when the 3 green narrow lined boxes appear.

The photo is of me and has been cropped to a very narrow image. As I say it only appears on this one photo in the whole of my gallery of photos.

Thank you for your help. Duncan

I also noticed that this symbol is not actually in the file. If you scroll the picture right/left, this symbol stays in the same place on the screen. And it only appears with "My Files" and "Gallery". If I display the file with " Solid Explorer", "Google Drive" or "Photos" it isn't there. My wife's S5 does the same thing, but my Nexus 7 does not. And lastly, so far I've only seen this in a couple of cartoons (GIF files) I downloaded from babyblues.com. Could it be a copyright thing?

For anyone getting to this through Google like I did, when you press the icon it simply creates a slides how effect of panning around. Not sure why it shows up on some pictures randomly but I find it most useful on my panoramic pictures that I have taken.
