AC Question
I used Outlook 365 on my Galaxy S4 through our corporate account.
Microsoft Office 365 had a huge outage last week and email was not coming through. During the initial phase, before I knew there was an issue, I had sent an email to another user in our company. Obviously the message was not sent and sat in my outbox. I got the "Sending failed" message on my phone which prompted me to look into the status of Outlook 365. I saw it was down and called the user to get the message to him and then deleted the message from my outbox. Now every 10-15 minutes, the same alert comes up, and when I click it, it shows me the empty outbox, so there is no message to even delete. I removed the account from the phone and set it back up and the same thing happens. Any ideas? I am willing to remove the account and clear the cache and such if that might work. Not so keen on factory/hard resetting my phone if that's the only solution though.
