tabpro 8.4 capacitive buttons keep failing

[AC Question]

I have an Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 LTE and the capacitive back and task buttons keep failing to work. They just randomly turn on or off whenever they like and I am ready to throw the thing through the wall.

Does anyone know what to do about this or should I just return the danmned thing because it's faulty?
