lost my phone "note 1"

Hello,
I have lost my phone and for 3 months I could see that phone name on android device manager, and suddenly the phone's name has vanished ... what does that mean?
Can anyone please tell me if this means that all the data on my lost phone are also vanished or not?

For 3 months you never reported it lost or stolen? Remote wiped your device via device manager? It most likely means someone has your phone and reset it I suppose. I would report it lost or stolen ASAP.

report to who ... police ?? they wont do anything for a lost phone .... all i have done i have stopped the mobile number .... i dnt care about the mobile now all i care about are the photos on it ... so does it mean that he has restored it to factory settings when i cant locate it on device manager i even cant find the phones name under my google account on device manager .... Please help
