Microphone not working

[AC Question]

My device is HTC Desire SV, I can not hear incoming calls while they can hear me, I have to use headphone to receive calls, otherwise the device works properly(video reception is ok, without headphone), I repaired this issue in Kuala Lampor service center, it took only few minutes and free of charge, but problem appear again 2 months later, last for 4 weeks and resolve spontaneously for five days and now again since 10 days!!!
