my samsung galaxy centura is experiancing technical dificulties.

at the moment my centura is not activated. so i have just been using it on wifi. well, i woke up this morning and the wifi wasnt working at all. i dont know, i have tried everything. restarting the phone, turning off than on the wifi. i cant think of anything else besides setting it back to factory. any help?

Welcome to Android Central! Does wi-fi turn on but just not pick any network up? Or are you not even able to physically turn wi-fi on (i.e., is the switch greyed out)?
