Pone Freezing and Having to Reboot my Samsung S5

My wife and I both have a Samsung S5, the phone freezes after making calls or just freezes and then we have to take the battery out and reboot the phone again. Is this a software or a hardware problem.

Well, that was weird ! Does both of your devices freezes ?? I would say it looks like those devices have some manufacturing defect I would suggest you to walk towards the nearest support centre and seek replacement. Because I don't thin this is normal...
