I didn't get a code

[AC Question]

I just setup Viber, but when I enter my phone number, I didn't get a code to activated Viber, and I tried get a code through a phone call, but It didn't work too. I tried remove and then setup Viber again but it still not working. I used Sony xperia M2, wifi. I live in Vietnam (+84).
