Question Frozen Bar Code

Please Help
My Samsung phone was off and all of a sudden the screen came on.
Now I have a black screen with a small bar code.
I tried doing everything and nothing.
I cannot switch if off, the bar code just stay there. Screen is frozen.
The only things that is working are the volume buttons, when I push the volume up button the bar code becomes brighter.
How do I get rid of the bar code and be able to use the phone again?

These are the times when a removable battery is a nice thing to have. It's easy for anyone, regardless of how techy they are, to remove a battery to reset a device

Hopefully by 2027 we'll be back there again

Try also forcing a shutdown by pressing and holding Power for 30 seconds. (On Samsung phones, you might have to press Power and Vol Down together for 30 seconds.)

Hold the power button and volume down for 7 seconds should reboot

Did you also try keeping the Power and Vol Down keys pressed for up to 30 seconds?

Also, that screenshot (which is extremely small and low resolution) looks like there's some text at the top of the screen. What does that say?

Are you able to post a better quality image?
