My Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom has randomly giving me signal dropping even in high signal strength area. It happens randomly when I try to dial someones number, the signals disappear whichgives me the message "not registered on network" error. The signaal then reappear in full strength. Again as I try to dial any number and press dial key the signals disappear. Other phones with same network work fine in same area and place. The problem disappears when I take the battery out, reinsert and restart the phone.
Is it a hardware or software related issue. I have tried changing signal types of GSM only back and forth but it doesnt help. I have tried other carrier sims also and they also occassionally give the same problem
