[AC Question]

Hey, so I'm a total tech blondie when it comes to this. So you're going to have to go slow. I've got a Samsung Galaxy S2 that went into bootloop when I was browsing messages on my phone. I'm not sure if it's self-inflicted. I can get to the ASR screen after a few attempts, and I've tried using the clear cache option. I'm not able to boot into safe mode, and rebooting just throws it back into the cycle. So my only other option is to Factory reset or Apply an update from my SD card.. I don't mind doing a factory reset to regain use of my phone, it's just that I've got around ~1000 photos w/ friends and family over the course of the last year that I wish to retrieve. I had a copy on the SD card that was in the phone, but the files were corrupted. Which means I have to snag them from my phone before I do the reset.
