Sd card issue

[AC Question]

I have had an issue for the past couple days. I have a galaxy s5 and I can't move any songs from the device storage to my sd card. I have tried restarting my phone and removing the sd card.

I've never tried that before. I'm on my tablet now, I'll get my phone (GS5) from my son and will try to move a song to the SD card.
