Zte 998 Both Front and Back Cameras not working

[AC Question]

My zte998 cameras are not working. At first my front camera stop working. Now its both of them at first a message appeared saying that the phone couldn't connect to the camera, now it just doesn't open.

I've tried rebooting, clearing cache,factory reset, hard reset and even download a camera restart app, and nothing.

Please can someone help me y don't know what else I can do.

Welcome to Android Central! If it still doesn't work after a factory reset, then it's likely a hardware failure. Contact ZTE if the phone is still under warranty, or bring it in to a repair shop.
