my htc desire 700 dual sim won't turn on after factory reset i can i do? it's just a black sceen (not rooted) :'(

Are you able to boot into any mode? Recovery, safe mode, etc.
Is the phone vibrating or making any sound when you hold the power button?

nothing happens when i hold power and volume down keys and only power to there is just little orange lighting dot

Removing and replacing the battery may just get things working again.

i tried this many time and don't work

May I ask why you did the factory reset? Were you having problems of some sort?
Also, are you sure that the battery, USB lead and charger were all in good condition before you did the reset?
