Android 4.2 Connects to router but receives no internet

[AC Question]

I have Android 4.2. It can connect to my primary router and to a Netgear extender. I recently installed devolo homeplugs (500 Wifi) and the device will receive an IP address, appear connected but is not able to access the Internet. My IOS devices have no problem, just my android. I have tried all options in the Guide with no joy. What the heck is going on?
