I bought a new phone(Xiaomi 15T). I started it and chose the option to transfer data from the old phone (Samsung a53) by entering my Google account. All applications and Viber were transferred to the new phone. Since I apparently do not have a Viber backup on the old phone, the chat history did not appear on the new phone. Then Viber on the new phone offered me whether I wanted to synchronize the chat (I don't remember exactly what it said in this menu), and offered me to scan a QR code(in the Viber on the new phone) with the old phone. I did it and got a strange message that I don't remember exactly now, but nothing happened - that is, the chat history did not appear on the new phone.
After this procedure, I tried to log in to Viber on the old phone (in order to activate the online backup), but it no longer allowed me (maybe because it was activated on the new phone). I got a message in which I had to ask Viber to call me on the phone and enter the last 4 digits of the number in the field. I tried several times but I still didn't get a call and finally it banned me and told me to try again the next day.
I uninstalled Viber on the new phone. And reinstalled it.
I tried to request a call from Viber on the new phone and enter the code in Viber on the old phone but it told me the code was wrong.
I haven't uninstalled Viber on the old phone and I'm hoping it's still has my chat history on it.
Do you have any idea what else I can do to recover my chat history?
