[AC Question]

i tried factory resetting the phone and then it stop like it malfunctioned and now now when the phone is being rebooted it is still on the t-mobile welcome screen and i dont know if the phone is still working or not

Try removing and replacing the battery. If that doesn't fix it, try again, leaving the battery out for longer....overnight even.
