Photos disappeared in Contacts

Some of the photos are gone in my contacts and I don't know how to get them back.

Have you linked any contacts lately? When contacts are linked you have an option to pick the pic displayed. If no pic was chosen for one of the linked contacts it could simply be choosing that contact over the one with a pick. Also if you are using Facebook pics make sure you have the account linked to your contacts and that it is set to sync. Both settings are under Accounts & Sync. Touch Facebook and be sure it is set to sync under contacts. One other thing that could have caused some pics to come up missing is if you have linked contacts, i.e. Facebook, Google, and Tango as an example, and you are getting the pic, from let's say Tango, and you stop displaying Tango contacts in your people app the pic will revert to one of the accounts you are displaying. No pic for any of the other accounts will result in no pic for the contact, I believe. I tried to prove this but my pics either come from FB or ones that I've assigned and I couldn't find any that overlapped.
