Nexus 5 connectivity problem

I recently got my nexus 5 from amazon...I have a WiFi router at my house of i-ball. The phone got connected on day one. But after that..on the 3rd day my phone doesn't even scan my router and hence m not able to use the WiFi at my place.. The router works fine for my nexus 4 and the other smart phones I got. One more thing is the 5 scans and does connect to the router of my neighbor which works on the same data plan and is of the same company i.e i ball as that of mine.please can someone help me out with this issue..I tried changing the frequency band from auto to 2.4 or even 5..tried switching on and off my router. ..and some other steps which were been discussed on the forum...bt of no use..it still can't scan it..
