My headphone jack is MESSED UP?!!!

[AC Question]

So, my Samsung Galaxy s5 is acting up. Sounds won't be played through the phone (except when you press the volume button too many times you can hear the beeps) and the little symbol of headphones is apparent on the top of the phone and THERE IS NO HEADPHONES INSERTED IN THE SAMSUNG! I'm not sure why this is happening but I think it's due to the head jack. If I try to put in headphones it feels like something is blocking it ( and i checked there isn't debris or anything inside the jack). PLEASE HELP?!
