My Motorola droid razor Maxx is having troubles,

Memory almost full
all that shows is the logo(stat up screen), until battery runs out and gets hot
The device was encrypted
Its being doing this since Thursday September, 25- 2014
I have priceless pics on it
i think mainly the battery, when i overcharge it the battery runs down quick. The other day i turned off the phone and now i when i put it on the battery just runs out, all that shows is the logo(that is all). Also i have the memory was almost filled, please help i dont know what to do,, and i have pics on it that i cant get back

Welcome to Android Central! The battery certainly may be failing. Plug the phone into a wall outlet, then try booting into Recovery Mode to wipe the cache partition. This doesn't erase any personal data. Wipe Cache Partition - DROID RAZR / RAZR MAXX by MOTOROLA
