why i can't use mobile data on galaxy s5

i can only use wi-fi on my galaxy s5. and it is not allow me to change the network mode. how i change these settings

Presumably you have a SIM card in the phone, have entered the correct APN settings for your network, have set the phone to the appropriate Preferred Network Mode, and have Mobile Data switched on?
