AC Question

I found a sollution for this little dummy app. Here it is:

1th: You have to use 2 fingers to scroll the menu.

2nd: Go to setings and scroll down at System¬ Accesibilty then select TalkBack.
3rd: To unistall the TalkBack you have to go at APPs ¬ Manage Apps and select TalkBack. Then press disable, after that press unistall, and you can say "Ja-na" to that apps.

I screwed the phone for over than 35 mins, untill I found this little trick with 2 fingers.

P.S: To bring peace in your life, I posted this little trick, 'cause I know how annoying it is, and you have to do something with that.

Welcome to Android Central, and thanks! Perhaps a simpler way is to go to Settings>Apps>All (or the App Manager, if it's Samsung), select Talkback, and tap Disable there. Talkback is a system app, so it typically can't be uninstalled completely unless you're rooted.
