I cannot access my fingerprint and forgot my alternative password. it does not

My fon is samsung galaxy s5.my fingerprint is no more accessible and I tried alternative password also.but that is also not working.i even tried to access through the android devide manager but it cannot find the location.they are not showing the email option too..my phone is locked now.plz fix this as soon as possible.
