How do I sync WMP playlist to my Samsung Galaxy Centura?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Centura. I have music (a playlist) created on Windows Media Player that I would like to sync to my phone. I want to do this without erasing the music that's already on my phone... I don't know where to begin. I see the sync option on Windows Media Player. Please give me steps. Thank you
