AC Question

Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and I encrypted both the phone and SD card.
Typing password any time screen locks is more than annoying, it became a nightmare! As there is no way to disable auto screen lock and type the password only when I start the device, I decided to unencrypt it, but I know it is not possible.
So I did the complete backup (all seemed fine except some apps Kies reported are not backed up, not giving any details).
The question is: can I just factory reset the device, then restore the backup on the unencrypted device? Will the SD card work unencrypted recovering all data from Kies?
Thank you very much :)

If you backed up an encrypted file, reset the phone, then restore the backed up file, it will still be encrypted - but you'll never be able to decrypt it any more.
