Why is this message appearing System Process stopped working?

Why is it appearing?

Whenever I turn on my Prevail 2 it loads, after loading I receive a black screen and an error readin, "System Process stopped working? How do I fix this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Is this whenever you power on from a powered off state, or whenever you just wake the phone up from sleep?

Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.
