Why does my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 have very little headphone volume?

Samsung galaxy tab 4 very little headphone volume

I was mowing my lawn today listening to some music as I usually do and I heard a pop and my volume dropped significantly. When it is at full volume it sounds do like 1/4 volume . At first I thought it was the headphones, so I tried another pair with no luck. This problem is only with headphones, Bluetooth and internal speakers work fine. I'm thinking this is a hardware issue with the headphone jack. I also did a factory reset which didn't work. Do any of you know how to solve this?

Check the volume going into the jack. If it's normal, the jack has to be replaced. If not, trace back further. (If you have to ask how bring it into a shop, because you shouldn't be opening a phone.)

after speaking with Samsung. I resolved my issue, I had to do a hard reset which fixed my problem.
