Does Factory Restore Reset Font?

Hi, I am currently out of the house, but I installed a font changing app for my Moto X (4.4.2, 1st gen., rooted with TowelPie) my question is if I unroot (hard reboot phone, as TowelPie is a temp. root) and then do a factory restore, will my font restore to default? I've installed a horrible font that looks snazzy in preview, but is terrible in use. I was a moron and didn't make a backup before hand. I have 2 moto x's at home. If I copy paste the /system/fonts from a stock X to my rooted one, will the font reset? Is it safe? How can I go about doing it? Should I just factory restore? Thanks!!

If you reset, that should bring everything back to normal. Most of the time, you don't lose root, but with temps, you probably will.

Would you reccomend I try to salvage my data and replace my current fonts folder?

Yeah, but I would also prepare to do a reset just in case.
