Why am I getting the error message unfortunately, the process android,process.acore has stopped on my Galaxy 4?

i have a galaxy 4 and im getting "unfortunately, the process android,process.acore has stopped

then underneath i have a box that says ok. i keep hitting the box that says ok but then the same thing pops up again and again. it wont go away
