How do I migrate to Droid Turbo?

I have a rooted Droid 4 and would like to upgrade to the new Droid Turbo. How do I copy all of my apps and SMS over to it once I get it? I have the Titanium Backup app that I've used for backing up everything in the past, but it only works for rooted phones. So, is there a similar app that I can use that doesn't require root? Thanks!
