Any
unlocked phone that works on CDMA and
all GSM bands will work with any carrier. You'll usually find that on some of the more expensive phones.

GSMArena.com - GSM phone reviews, news, opinions, votes, manuals and more... [the 2G, 3G and 4G numbers] for any phone you're thinking of. The phone has to be capable of handling the frequencies of the carrier you're thinking of using - Wikipedia has a list, by carrier, under
cellular frequencies. And it has to be one model, not one for Verizon, one for AT&T, etc. [That's up at the top of the listing - look at the one for the Samsung S5 as an example of what you don't want.])
