why my phone can't swipe anywhere ??

my phone cant swipe even i try to put out my battery and put it back on and my sim is not on my phone but still it says that it has signal.

It sounds like the phone is frozen, in the sense of unresponsive. First, try removing the battery and pressing the power button for about 30 seconds to drain any residual charge in the phone, then replace the battery. Tell us what happens when you do that.

I hope it's in warranty, and that it's never gotten wet, because it sure sounds like a phone that's been wet to me. At least a couple of things sound shorted, and that's caused by the corrosion caused by a phone that's been wet and dried but never cleaned inside. (A wet phone should be cleaned while wet - waiting even a few minutes for it to dry may be too late.)
