Can't install OTA lollipop update

I have a rooted Nexus 5 with SuperSU installed and also running TEAMWIN in the back end. Couldnt manually install Lollipop but now I finally got the OTA nitification. When I download the update and reboot the phone it starts in TeamWin!!! someone please help either to remove TeamWin or what to do when I get to that point!!!

You have to either side load the ota file or flash the stock recovery to be stock again. I'm on clockwork and the same happened to me.

Re: Can't install OTA lollipop update

Most updates will not go past the "is this a stock phone" stage if the phone is rooted, or has been rooted in the past and the stock ROM hasn't been reflashed. Whether you load the file manually or do it online, the update still checks to see if it's running on a stock phone. (Updating a modified ROM - even a small modification done while rooted - could brick the phone.) Just the existence of SuperSU on the phone (even if it's never been rooted) is enough to stop a lot of updates.
