Problems with Baseband and IMEI unknown and sdcard inaccessible.

I've got a BIG problem here with my Nexus 5:

My IMEI and baseband is unknown.

I can't put anything on my internal storage from my PC. SDcard inaccessible.

When i'm trying to install TWRP, i get to the part when the "teamwin" window pops up but then my phone immediately reboots and it's just starts like usual again.

Apps like Google Play Store and Camera shuts down immediately when i open them.

I have no backup

Right now, i'm running Android 4.4.4.

Anyone have any tips? All answers will be appreciated!

Welcome to the forums.
Did you try rooting the Nexus? If so how?

Use the wugfresh nexus root toolkit and flash a stock image for your device
