Why am I unable to sign into my Google account on my Andriod Samsung Note 3?

Cannot sign in my google account on andriod Samsung Note 3

I have Note 3 with Kitkat and my play store was not working as it was not connecting and saving the I am having connection problem. I tired the online solutions available and sign out of my Google account and tired to again sign in but now I couldn't sign in my Google account.

I have tried everything available online i.e. Date and time setting, Cache clearing, factory resetting but all in vain then I turned on the proxy (Hotspot shield) and tired to connect and it connected and everything starts working but when I disconnect the proxy everything is back to where it was.

Please help.

It seems that your connection to google account was restricted for some reasons. You have to use VPN or proxy to avoid this restriction. In addition, you may try another appstores, such as Amazon Appstore, other than play store.
