free onenote android- potential work around (cheat) to get offline access of notebooks.
In my free onenote android version, I can only make new notebooks located on my skydrive, and without any Internet connection I can't even make new notebooks.
But I think (or foolish to think) that I have found a work around. Once I have made a notebook in my skydrive, I can edit and work in it normally. Seemingly onenote saves a local copy too. Which I can use even without internet connection. Yes I can't sync it with other devices but to tell u the truth I don't have other devices.
Now is this really safe or I am missing something? Have I fooled the big microsoft corporation or something as simple as an update can erase all the data not yet synced with my skydrive?
