Why am I getting a Blue screen/kernal mode exception when my phone tries to update?

Blue screen/kernal mode exception

I keep getting a blue screen with a kernal mode error on my Samsung notebook model # xe500t1c when it tries to update. After i restore it back to factory settings it'll be ok for a few weeks then i get the error again. Anyone experience this or have a fix for this error?

That's a Windows notebook, nothing to do with Android. But it's a program crashing. Which one? Why? There's no way to tell from here. Bring it back where you bought it.
