Why is my voice facing in and out on calls?

Callers tell me my voice fades in and out during calls. I've already tried the safe mode and factory reboot. It doesn't seem to be working…..

Welcome to the forums. This might be a hardware issue or even a SIM card issue. i would take the device to your carrier store to have them check it.

thanks for the reply. I've been once to the store and they did the safe launch and then told me to reboot if it didn't work. So I will go back to the store and see if they can do anything else.
