How can I access a Wifi connection as a guest?

Unable to access Wifi (as guest at my job) using my Galaxy s5. Generally, after connecting to the wifi Im routed to an acknowledgement agreement that i must agree upon in order to access it's wifi connection. But instead Im routed to a "Copnnections Optimizer" blank screen.
I've tried turning the wifi on my phone on/off, Forget wifi..etc..hope someone can help!!!

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried backing out of that and just opening a browser? The agreement might still come up.

Thank you brother. That advice worked! I've been struggling trying to figure out what the issue was for weeks. I appreciate the help.
